Welcome. I’m Daniel Collins—a holistic health practitioner, movement guide, and nervous system specialist with a passion for helping people reconnect to their natural rhythm through embodied practices.
At Daniel Collins Holistic Health, I offer an integrative approach that blends yoga, Pilates, somatic movement, yin, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, and nervous system regulation. Each session is designed to support your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being—whether you’re seeking strength, stillness, release, or realignment.
This is a space to come home to yourself. Grounded, conscious, and heart-led, my offerings meet you where you are and invite you into a deeper state of presence, balance, and flow.
